1.         First Contact: 

We are eager to place new people in great careers, so once contact has been made we can start to make things happen.

  • Respond to a headhunting opportunity (this situation refers to a candidate’s receiving notice from us of an opportunity to work somewhere else)
  • Respond to an opportunity once we have you on our books 

 

2.         Initial Interview:

We will contact you and see if you are still interested in the job opportunity.  We will ask you a few questions to determine your suitability and let you know about the position on offer, what it pays, any benefits, and answer your questions.

 

3.         Face to Face Interview:

Once we have conducted the initial interviews we will review all the interviewees, then progress to the next round of the interview process.  If you are not selected for this next round please do not think we believe you are unsuitable for the position.  There are frequently numerous qualified candidates going for the same role. 

If you are selected, we will contact you to arrange a time and place to conduct a face to face interview.

 

4.         Final Selection:

When the final selection has been made we will contact the successful applicant and confirm that they are still interested in the position.  Once assured of the continued interest we will reconfirm all the details of employment then make arrangements with the employer to finalise the placement.
